Here are some helpful Running Tips from Harbin Clinic by
Dr. William F. Hunter, DC on things you should do during every run.

During Every Run
1. Stride- Think soft, smooth and symmetrical, Avoid ear buds, at least initially, so you can listen to how your feet hit the ground.

2. Monitor and avoid holding tension in your upper body, especially shoulders and hands.

3. Don’t be afraid to take walking breaks if your form gets shaky.
