REGISTRATION POLICIES

  • Entry fees are non-refundable and bib numbers are not transferable to other runners.  No exceptions.
  • If you cannot participate in 2025 you may defer your registration to 2026.  Deferments must be completed by January 31st and a $20 fee is charged.  Log into your RunSignUp account at runsignup.com, look for “2025 Berry Half Marathon” and follow the instructions for deferring to 2026.  Deferments are not accepted after January 31st and may not be pushed beyond one year.

What is included in the registration fee?

Registration for the Half Marathon includes a moisture management *commemorative shirt, *race bag, race bib, and a commemorative finishers medal.

Registration for the  10k / 5k includes a *50 /50 commemorative shirt, *race bag, and race bib.

*To be guaranteed a shirt register by February 18. After Feb 18, remaining shirts will be first come first serve until they are sold out. Any unclaimed shirts after the race will be available at the finish line as a first come first serve.

How will I know if I am registered?

Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that will serve as your only confirmation of registration. If you would like to double check, Click Here to confirm your race registration. Look for “Berry Half Marathon” listed under your events.  If you still cannot find your registration please email us at  [email protected]

Is there a minimum age for the Half Marathon / 10K / 5K?

You must be at least 9 years old to participate in the Half Marathon.

For the 10k / 5K you must be at least 5 years old.

Can my race registration be refunded?

Entry fees for the Berry Half Marathon / 10K / 5K are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my race to another participant?

Unfortunately, all of our races are non-transferrable from one participant to another.
